I have always valued teamwork, creativity and societal contribution, and as such have sought after careers in which I can empower others, cultivate learning and growth, and promote a balance between professionalism and fun. I work best in team environments, where I am in service to others, and at the end of the day we have achieved a finished product that we can all be proud of. I recognize teaching as the service profession that best suits my vision and passion for engaging communities in diverse and creative thought, and that prompts a tenacity in me to lead, learn, and have fun. I believe my passion for encouraging young people to cultivate their unique abilities will promote their development as college-bound scholars. I am excited to work with students to hone elective skills as a means of diversifying their educational toolkit.
